  • Loan Size: $500,000 Minimum
  • Amount: Up to 95% of value 
  • Term: 1 to 40 years
  • Interest Rate: Fixed or adjustable rates indexed over current corresponding Treasury yields
  • Amortization: 10 to 40 years; Competitive fixed rate loans from 3 to 30 years
  • Guaranty: Non-recourse available
  • Assumability: To qualified borrower
  • Coverage: 1.10-1.40 depending upon quality and structure of income stream
  • Funding: Immediate to 360 days
